Help with WordPress & SEO

Job description
I am looking for someone who is expert at both wordpress design and SEO to help me with my website management and marketing for my business.
I understand a bit about both but I'm not good enough and web stuff to fiddle with the CSS and get the H1-H3 tag to look right and say the right thing and I am not good enough at the SEO stuff to know exactly what to do. I am interested in both of these areas but unfortunately I don't have the time to learn both of these disciplines as I am trying to run the business as well.
I am looking for a long term engagement with someone who can assist on a per hour basis. The workflow requirement will vary from week to week and month to month.
