Finish off WordPress Site

Job description
I need a designer experienced with WordPress and WPBaker to finish off a site, the theme has already been and up and the pages created with dummy content it just needs some of the existing content replaced mostly or removed across 7 pages, and the menu and footer links finalized. Will need a couple of rounds of back and forth but should be a pretty easy job for the right person.
All content - copy, pictures etc will be provided.
Please provide some previous work examples on the application.
