Hi there,

I'm Joelle. Having launched an e-commerce business in 2013 which rapidly grew; I have built a huge variety of skills specifically relating to online marketplace management and PPC. I have enjoyed helping friends and family in this arena, but am now seeking a new challenge and hope to assist others who are looking for help in this vast area. I thrive on a challenge and enjoy working with a variety of different clients.

I'm based near Bern, Switzerland and speak fluent English. I am a strong believer in working towards results and want my services to have a positive impact on your business.

Amazon - There is very little that I do not know about Amazon. I have vast experience with flat files (including large variations), PPC launch and management, listing optimisation (keyword scouting), FBA and customer service. I also have a network of translators who can assist with listings in other languages and customer service.

eBay - This is where it all started for me so I am also very knowledgeable in this field. Again, I can upload files (including variations) using eBay file exchange. I have experience in listing optimisation and using keyword tools.

I can also proficiently use Linnworks, Shopify, Bigcommerce and have experience with Google Adwords and Google Shopping. Additionally, I have built several social media accounts and have experience in launch, management and advertising on Facebook. I have experience using MS Office, specifically Excel, but pride myself on keeping up with the latest software and find it easy to pick up and learn new software.
